Orange 6 bottles

Orange is a type of wine originating in Armenia with a generally structured and tannic character, although made from white grapes. Our Tili Orange results from the blending of overripe Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay and Tocai grapes and unripe Grechetto grapes. The skins macerate with the must for about two weeks at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees, and then fermentation is finished in steel tank. This vinification results in a wine that is more structured than the respective white wines made from the same grapes, more resistant to time and enriched by tannins from both the skins and the grape seeds.

The bewitching orange color enhanced by golden highlights heralds the heady aromas reminiscent of dried apricots, walnut kernels and pears in syrup enhanced by an undercurrent of balsamic and mineral notes. The freshness and savoriness of our orange are due to the maceration and early bottling that allow it to be fruity and acidic, but at the same time structured and full-bodied like a red wine. This type of wine pairs perfectly with Oriental dishes, Japanese cuisine, but also with our typical pork dishes, fish soups, risottos and boiled meats.
