The careful vinification of Sangiovese and Canaiolo red grapes, combined with a very long fermentation period at controlled temperature, first in the steel tank and after in the bottle for the last part of the fermentation to create creamy bubbles, gives this wine a brilliant cherry pink colour; it has a strong fruity bouquet of freshly pressed grapes, completed by a rich and full body slightly sweet. The winemaker recommends matching this agreable wine with risotto, pasta, mushroom-based dishes, fried food, rabbit, and vegetable pies. It is appropriate for those who want a fresh and full-bodied wine; a new and tasteful alternative, due to its delicate nature it is particularly aprreciated by women. To be served at 8-10°C (46-50°F).
